16. Abide in Christ

We have developed four spiritual life commitments that undergird all we do at Oakwood. These were drawn from the whole Bible but are prominent themes in John 14-17 and so provide a helpful summary of our Abide series. 1) We will trust Jesus completely; 2) we will worship Jesus passionately; 3) we will walk with Jesus faithfully and; 4) we will work with Jesus diligently. The Spiritual Life Worksheet is a tool we are encouraging all of our people to use on their own and then meet with one or two Christian friends to encourage and challenge one another. So come be encouraged as we conclude our Abide series and renew our corporate commitment to know, love, and serve Jesus.
