12. Glory

 John 17 is the longest recorded prayer of Jesus. It opens with the poetic petition of Jesus to be glorified so He could return that glory to the Father. We glorify someone by giving them the honor, recognition and praise they deserve. Jesus deserves all glory. This passage shows us five ways God the Father glorified Jesus that correspond with five ways we can glorify Jesus. Pray that Jesus will be exalted in you and through you and watch for ways you can give him the honor, recognition and praise He deserves this week!
