3. Peace

How can we experience peace in a turbulent world? Jesus prepared his followers to face severe persecution with specific instructions that would give them peace. “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give you” (John 14:27). First, study God’s word to know God’s will. Second, listen to God’s Spirit to keep in step with God’s will. And third, trust in God’s promises to endure opposition to God’s will. Peace comes from knowing and doing the will of God, especially when it is difficult. Come be encouraged to take your next step of faith!
