45. Solid Ground

Luke documents the details of Paul’s adventures to teach us some important lessons. In this passage we learn not to use our circumstances to determine our value and happiness or the faithfulness of God. Paul had huge victories as he planted churches. But he also faced terrifying obstacles (the storm in Acts 27) and devastating setbacks (the snake bite in Acts 28). Paul learned to establish his value and happiness on the faithfulness of God. Come be reminded why you matter and why you can be happy today, regardless of what is going on in your life.
